Shipping Policy

We ship Monday through Friday from Westlake Village, California. Most US orders arrive within 5–7 business days of processing. Here's how it works.

At a glance

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Standard US shipping: 5–7 business days, $5 flat rate or free on domestic orders over $75.
  • Expedited US shipping: 2–3 business days, calculated at checkout
  • International shipping: 7–14 business days via DHL, calculated at checkout

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM Pacific on a business day start processing the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on US federal holidays start processing the next business day.

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once the order leaves our warehouse.

Note: processing times may vary during restocks, new product launches, and peak seasons (November–December). Current timelines are posted in our site announcement bar when they differ from standard.

US shipping

Standard shipping

$5 flat standard shipping and free shipping on orders over $75. Delivery takes 5–7 business days from ship date. Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selected based on your address.

Expedited shipping

2–3 business days from ship date. Cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

APO, FPO, and DPO addresses

At this time, we don't ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Alaska and Hawaii

We ship to both. Delivery takes longer than the lower 48 and expedited shipping rates may be higher.

PO Boxes

Some carriers restrict PO Box delivery for certain package sizes. If your order can't ship to your PO Box, we'll reach out with an alternative.

International shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL. Delivery takes 7–14 business days from ship date, depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination country.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. We declare the actual order value on customs forms.

Canada, the UK, and Ireland

At this time we're unable to sync these regions with Google Shopping, and shipping costs to the UK and Ireland are high enough that we recommend reaching out directly before ordering if you're in those regions.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Tracking typically begins updating within 24 hours of the shipping notification.

If tracking hasn't updated after 24 hours, the package is likely still in the carrier's system — this is normal, especially around weekends and holidays.

Damaged or lost packages

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@dividenpac.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label)

We'll arrange a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved — the carrier may need it for inspection.

Lost packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but your package isn't there, please:

  • Check common delivery locations — porch, garage, side door, building mailroom, or with a neighbor
  • Contact the carrier directly — sometimes packages are scanned as delivered a day before they actually arrive
  • Contact us at orders@dividenpac.com within 5 business days if the package still hasn't appeared

We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once a package is in the carrier's system, we can't redirect or recall it.

If you catch an error within 2 hours of placing the order, email orders@dividenpac.com immediately. We may be able to update the address before the order ships. After the order ships, changes have to go through the carrier directly.

Signature on delivery

Orders over $100 may require a signature at delivery, depending on the carrier's assessment. You can request signature confirmation on any order at checkout.

If a neighbor, building staff, or household member accepts delivery on your behalf, we consider the order delivered. We can't be responsible for packages signed for by someone other than the addressee.

Gift orders

  • Gift messages are available at checkout
  • Gift receipts exclude order pricing
  • Orders placed as gifts ship in standard DivideNPac packaging

Pre-orders

Pre-order items ship when they become available. We charge shipping once per order even if it contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items — we hold the order and ship everything together when the pre-order arrives.

If you'd prefer us to split the order and ship in-stock items first, email orders@dividenpac.com after you place the order and we'll arrange it (additional shipping may apply).

Holiday season

During November and December, add 2–3 business days to standard delivery times. Specific holiday cutoff dates (the last day to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery) are announced each November when the carriers publish their schedules.
