Returns & Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, return an item, or get a refund — this is the page. Here's how it all works.

At a glance

  • Haven't shipped yet: cancellable. Already shipped: returnable (most items).
  • 15 days from delivery to start a return
  • 30 days from delivery to ship it back once approved
  • Non-food items: returnable if unused and in original packaging
  • Food-grade items: non-returnable and non-cancellable once fulfillment starts. Defective food-grade items replaced free.
  • Sale items and limited-edition items: non-returnable. Defects still covered.
  • Defective or incorrect orders: free return shipping, full refund or replacement
  • Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping

Cancelling an order

If your order hasn't shipped yet

Email orders@dividenpac.com as soon as possible with "CANCEL ORDER" and your order number in the subject line. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund in full, typically within 3–5 business days.

If your order has already shipped

Once an order ships, it can't be cancelled — but you have 15 days from delivery to return most items under the Returns section below.

If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged

Email returns@dividenpac.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or refund, your choice.

Food-grade organizers

Food-grade items follow stricter handling rules to protect food safety, and they can't be re-stocked once our team begins processing them. That means food-grade orders can't be cancelled once processing has started. If your food-grade item arrives defective or damaged, email returns@dividenpac.com — we'll replace it free.

What can be returned

Returnable within 15 days of delivery, in unused original condition

  • Non-food organizers (pink, blue, mink) — with all original packaging
  • Stadium Bags — with tags attached and all original packaging

Not returnable

  • Food-grade organizers — for health and safety reasons. Defective or damaged food-grade items are replaced free.
  • Sale items — items marked Final Sale, clearance items, and purchases made with sale-specific discount codes
  • Limited-edition items — seasonal, collaboration, or limited-run products clearly marked as limited edition at purchase. Defective or damaged limited-edition items are replaced free while supplies last, or refunded if a replacement isn't available.
  • Items that have been used, washed, worn, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Mix & Match discount and returns

The Mix & Match 15% automatic discount (any 3+ individual items) does not void your return eligibility. Orders using this discount can still be returned under the standard policy. If you return part of a Mix & Match order and your cart no longer qualifies for the discount, the refund is adjusted to reflect the recalculated order total.

How to start a return

Step 1: Email us

Within 15 days of delivery, email returns@dividenpac.com with:

  • Your order number
  • What you're returning and why
  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Step 2: We send return instructions

You'll receive a return confirmation email with shipping instructions. If the return is due to a defect or our error, we'll include a pre-paid return label.

Step 3: Ship it back within 30 days

Pack the item in its original packaging and include your order number on the outside of the box. Ship it back to the address at the bottom of this page. Returns shipped without prior email confirmation cannot be processed.

Refunds

Refund to original payment method

  • Processed within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection
  • Credit posting time depends on your bank or card issuer
  • International orders: refund excludes original shipping cost (shipping cost itself is non-refundable)

Store credit

  • Full product value credited to your DivideNPac account
  • Processed within 3 business days of receipt and inspection
  • No expiration

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error. For US orders that paid the $5 standard shipping rate, that $5 is deducted from the refund; orders that qualified for free shipping (over $75) have no shipping charge to deduct. For international orders, the shipping cost paid at checkout is not refunded.

Defective or incorrect items

If your order arrived defective, or contains the wrong item, email returns@dividenpac.com within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll send a pre-paid return label and either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. No return shipping cost to you.

Note: if the item arrived damaged from shipping (crushed box, torn packaging, visible transit damage), report that within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim. Details in our Shipping Policy.

Gift returns

If you received a DivideNPac order as a gift and want to return it:

  • You'll need the order number from the gift receipt
  • Gift returns are issued as store credit to the gift recipient
  • The original purchaser is notified that the gift was returned

International returns

International customers are welcome to return eligible items under the standard 15-day / 30-day policy. A few specifics for international orders:

  • Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility
  • Original shipping charges paid at checkout are not refundable
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees paid on the original order are not refundable by DivideNPac — these are set by the destination country
  • Include all customs forms with the return shipment
  • Processing may take longer than US returns

Returns we can't accept

We reserve the right to decline a return when the item:

  • Shows signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration
  • Is returned without original packaging
  • Is shipped back without prior return confirmation
  • Is returned outside the 30-day window
  • Is a food-grade item (unless defective)
  • Is marked Final Sale or purchased with a sale-specific discount code
  • Is a limited-edition item (unless defective)

We also reserve the right to limit or decline returns from accounts with a pattern of excessive returns.
