Ordering & Shipping

How fast will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard US shipping takes 5–7 business days from ship date. Expedited options are available at checkout for anything you need faster.

How much is shipping?

$5 flat shipping or free standard shipping on US orders over $75. Expedited shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International orders ship via DHL with shipping calculated at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship across the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship internationally via DHL. We're not currently able to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. For full shipping details, see our Shipping Policy.

What's the difference between food-grade and non-food-grade bags?

Food-grade organizers are tested to US FDA 21 CFR 175.300 for direct food contact — safe for snacks, meal prep, or anything edible. They're clear only. Non-food-grade organizers are for everything else: tech, makeup, craft supplies, travel. They come in pink, blue, and mink.

What sizes do the stadium bags come in?

Two sizes: 9x9x3 inches and 11x11x3 inches.

The 9x9x3 is our compact size — built for children, young adults, and minimalist adults who just need the essentials. The 11x11x3 is the standard adult size with room for game day must-haves: snacks, chargers, a change of layers. Both are clear TPU and both are designed to meet most stadium and venue clear-bag policies.

Are the stadium bags designed for stadium and venue clear-bag policies?

Our stadium bags are TSA Friendly and meet the clear bag requirements at most major stadiums and venues. Rules vary by venue — always check the specific policy before game day, but our bags work for the overwhelming majority of "clear bag only" situations.

Do you offer bundles?

What colors do the organizers come in?

Food-grade organizers are clear only, for health and safety visibility. Non-food organizers come in pink, blue, and mink. Stadium bags are available in clear and blue heart variants in both 9x9 and 11x11.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

Non-food items can be returned within 15 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. You have 30 days total from delivery to ship the return back. Food-grade organizers are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, except for defects. For the full policy, see our Returns & Cancellations.

How do I start a return?

Email returns@dividenpac.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number, what you're returning, and why. We'll send a return confirmation email with shipping instructions.

Can I exchange for a different color?

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original under the standard return process, then place a new order for the color you want.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Email returns@dividenpac.com within 15 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a pre-paid return label and either a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Use & Care

How do I clean my DivideNPac bag?

Hand wash only. Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap using room temperature or lukewarm water. Never boil or microwave your bag — the heat damages the zippers and magnets and melts the TPU.

How much weight can the bags hold?

Stadium bags are built for everyday essentials — up to about 10 pounds. The organizers are engineered for structured packing, not freight. Use them for what they're designed for and they'll last for years.

Will the clear material stay clear?

Yes, with normal care. Our TPU is built to hold its clarity through repeated use. Keep it away from harsh chemicals and high heat. Eyeglass wipes work beautifully for a quick polish.

Can I use these inside another bag?

Yes — that's one of the most common use cases. The organizers are designed to bring structure to luggage, backpacks, totes, and anywhere else you need things to stay in their place.

Materials & Safety

What are DivideNPac bags made of?

TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane). Clear, lightweight, water-resistant, and wipe-clean. All bags feature reinforced stitching, reinforced zippers, and magnet closures where applicable. Our patented 3-compartment organizer design is covered by more than 15 US patents.

Are the bags reusable and built to last?

Yes. Every DivideNPac bag is built for repeated use — concerts, travel, camping, daily life. Water-resistant and wipe-clean.

Can I use any DivideNPac bag for food?

Only the food-grade organizers. Our food-grade line uses food-grade TPU tested to US FDA 21 CFR 175.300 — safe for direct contact with snacks, meal prep, vitamins, and similar. Our stadium bags and non-food organizers use a different TPU grade that's great for organization but not intended for direct food storage.

For health and safety, food-grade organizers are non-returnable, even if unused.

TSA & Travel

Are DivideNPac bags TSA Friendly?

Yes. DivideNPac bags are designed to meet TSA requirements for carry-on liquids and personal items, and most stadium and venue clear-bag policies. The patented 3-compartment design lets security see contents at a glance, which speeds up checkpoints. One less thing to worry about.

Can I pack liquids in these?

Yes — the TSA 3-1-1 rule still applies. Liquids need to be in travel-size containers (3.4 oz or less) and fit in a single quart-size bag. Our 9x9 food-grade organizer is a natural fit for this.
