4. Cookies and tracking technologies
Cookies are small text files websites place on your device to remember information about you. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, web beacons, and local storage. We use several categories:
-
Essential cookies: Required for the site to function (login, cart, checkout). You can't opt out of these and still use the site.

- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through browser settings
- Blocking essential cookies may prevent the site from working
- To opt out of advertising cookies and data sharing, use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our site footer
- We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals — if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of the sale/sharing of personal information
5. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses of it.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. This is to protect you — we don't want to send your personal information to someone impersonating you.
We won't discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
6. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
California law gives you additional rights regarding your personal information.
What we collect and "share"
In the past 12 months we've collected the categories of personal information listed in Section 1 (identifiers, commercial information, internet/network activity, geolocation, audio/visual content you send us, and inferences drawn from the above).
We "share" (in the CCPA sense) identifiers, commercial information, and internet/network activity with our advertising partners (Meta, Google, TikTok) for cross-context behavioral advertising. This is what advertising cookies do. We do not "sell" personal information in exchange for money.

- Right to delete personal information (subject to legal retention exceptions)
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information

How to opt out of sharing
- Use the "Your Privacy Choices" or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our site footer
- Enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — we honor GPC signals automatically

Authorized agents
You can designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization (typically a power of attorney or signed permission), and we may ask you to verify directly.
