Effective date: April 26, 2026.
DivideNPac is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement describes the accessibility standards we're working toward, the tools and approaches we use, and how to reach us if something on our site isn't working for you.
We want dividenpac.com to work for everyone. That means clear navigation, readable text, keyboard-friendly interactions, and compatibility with the assistive technologies our customers use.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our target standard. WCAG 2.1 AA is the most widely cited accessibility standard for public-facing websites in the US and is referenced in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III context.
We are working toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The site has not yet been formally audited against this standard. As we identify and fix accessibility issues, we update the site and this statement.
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a checkbox. We add new products, update the site design, and publish new content regularly — and every change creates new opportunities for accessibility issues. We take that seriously and work to catch and fix issues as we go.
Because our site has not yet been formally audited, we can't provide a complete list of specific accessibility issues. We know that areas commonly affected by accessibility barriers include:
If you find a barrier we haven't listed, please let us know using the contact information below — we want to fix things we're not aware of.
We aim for dividenpac.com to work with commonly used assistive technologies, including:
We aim for the site to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Older browsers or uncommon assistive technology configurations may not always render correctly.
If you can't access something on our site, encounter a barrier, or have feedback on how we can make dividenpac.com better for people with disabilities, please contact us. We want to hear from you — your feedback helps us improve.
If you're having difficulty placing an order or accessing our products because of an accessibility issue, please email legal@dividenpac.com with "Order help" in the subject line. We'll work with you directly to process your order — including by phone or email if that's easier for you — and we won't ask you to re-navigate a barrier that we're still working on.
You can also call 310-999-4554 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Pacific) if that's easier than email.
Our site may include content or features from third parties — review platforms, social media embeds, payment processors, analytics tools. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind, but we don't control the accessibility of their products and can't fully warrant that all third-party content conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA.
Links to third-party websites (such as our social media profiles, shipping carrier tracking pages, or external partners) are governed by those sites' own accessibility practices, not this statement.
If you believe DivideNPac has failed to reasonably accommodate your accessibility needs, you can raise the issue through the accessibility contact above. We commit to engaging in good faith to address accessibility complaints.
This statement doesn't limit your rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the California Unruh Civil Rights Act, or any other applicable law. Legal options you may have for accessibility complaints are in addition to contacting us directly.
We'll update this statement as we learn from feedback, complete audits, make design changes, or address specific accessibility issues. When we make meaningful changes, we update the "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page.
This is the first version of this Accessibility Statement for DivideNPac, published April 2026.
